Kristen Turley, her partner Holly and their two sons have lived there for the past 13 years and purchased the expansive property for $250,000, according to CoreLogic records.

Ms Turley said the land only had a “skeleton” of a house on it when they bought the block.

But after years of development, numerous sheds, a studio, two tiny homes with private driveways and the main residence — a two-storey, three-bedroom house built with volcanic rock now sit on the block.

“We’ve hosted beautiful retreats, women’s circles and wellbeing workshops over the years, and lots of gatherings … we’ve also hosted Aboriginal on Country youth days as well as camps,” Ms Turley said.

“It’s just our little family at the moment, but in the past, we’ve accommodated my parents and we’ve had short-stay accommodation too.

“It is a magical space and it has been a magical life out here, but our children are grown now, so we’re doing different things.”

She added that their “little hobbitville and fairyland” would be missed once it sold, as they had decided to make their move to far north Queensland.

“It has been the most wonderful environment to raise earth conscious and connected children and will always be the most enchanting home in our families story,” she said.
