A sleek north-facing penthouse crowning a landmark twin-tower development in Palm Beach has hit the market for the first time since the project’s completion four years ago.
The three-bedroom apartment in the 12-storey Magnoli Residences is marketed by Kollosche agents, Brad Coyne and Taylor Kleinberg, and goes to auction on October 2.
Completed in 2020 by prolific Gold Coast developer Sunland, the Magnoli towers comprises 102 units on the Gold Coast Hwy, favoured by local downsizers trading larger family homes for a luxury living across the road from the beach.

Mr Coyne said the penthouse for sale commands the best views of Magnoli’s four top-floor apartments.
“You can see all the way to Coolangatta, with panoramic views spanning the ocean and hinterland and then all the way out to Mt Warning,” he said.
Double-glazing enhances views while minimising noise, while a large north-facing balcony is the ideal space to entertain or take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
The apartment has a refined neutral interior, with high-end finishes including marble benchtops, herringbone engineered timber flooring, and top-of-the-range kitchen appliances.
Mr Coyne said Magnoli was popular for its outstanding resident amenities, including a resort-style pool, barbecue facilities, and function rooms, as well as proximity to the surf beach and Palm Beach cafe and bar scene.
“It is one of the most well-known buildings along that strip, with a very nice, hotel-like feel to the building and then expansive green space with a children’s playground and a coffee shop onsite,” Mr Coyne said.
