Fitness entrepreneur Tobi Pearce has officially parted ways with the Adelaide penthouse he famously purchased following his split from former fiance and fellow fitness influencer Kayla Itsines.
Property records show the two-storey home atop Adelaide’s Realm skyscraper changed hands for $5.1m in September this year – reflecting a small loss – with Pearce paying a record $5.287m in 2021, setting a new state apartment record.
The recent listing had a $5.7m to $6.25m price guidance and was originally tipped to break its own record.

Kayla Itsines’ sells Adelaide home for record price
Selling agent Oliver Bowler of Ouwens Casserly Real Estate described the hotel-like home as Adelaide’s best penthouse.
“Buyer interest has been strong and includes retired business people, people from the Chinese community and a couple of entrepreneurial types,” he told The Advertiser in April.
“Compared to other capital cities and what people are paying for new apartments, it’s definitely value for money.”
The spacious home features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a study, a cinema room, a wine cellar, two kitchens and a rooftop entertaining deck with a built-in barbecue, wood fire pizza oven, and bar.
The home also offers owners access to the complex’s amenities, including a wellbeing zone for indoor yoga, a 270sq m rooftop spa, sauna and steam room, a cross-fit enabled gym and climbing wall, two private function spaces and a games room and a 25m lap pool and spa.

Mr Bowler said demand for high-end apartments had seen a steep rise since the pandemic took hold of Australia in 2020.
According to PropTrack, unit and apartment prices have risen by 11.8 per cent over the past 12 months and 28.4 per cent since 2021.
“As building your own home becomes trickier, more and more people are looking to cash in on their big blocks of land in the eastern suburbs that might be worth $3m to $6m and then wanting to explore luxury apartment options,” Mr Bowler said.
“Unfortunately there are not a lot of them on the market at the moment, which then pushes up prices and makes these homes very much sought after.”
FITNESS POWER COUPLE BUY GOLD COAST MANSION
Pearce, who recently married online fitness influencer Rachel Dillon, is the former business partner and ex-fiance of Kayla Itsines.
The former couple got engaged in 2018 and welcomed a daughter, Arna, together in 2019, before their shock split in 2020.
However, Pearce found love again with wife Rachel, with the couple tying the knot in a lavish Italian wedding earlier this year – but not before buying a new home.
The fitness power couple were revealed as the new owners of a $7.3m Gold Coast beach house in January, with the pair purchasing the Mermaids Waters residence via phone at auction.
The sale smashed the suburb record by more than $2m.
The residence was also among the country’s most popular listings on property portal realestate.com.au when it first hit the market and features its own pontoon, infinity-edge pool, separate hot and cold plunge pools, and a designated gym area.
