A Dubai- and LA-style Point Cook house featuring a crystal-encrusted bar and a $15,000 Swarovski crystal mural is ready to shine with a $2.39m-$2.59m asking range.
And another house is set to test the suburb’s $4.16m record home price with its $4.25m-$4.45m target.
Established Property Point Cook’s director Fadi Saad said the owners of the house at 48 Sanctuary Lakes East Blvd in the Sanctuary Lakes estate commissioned the build – inspired by their travels to luxury homes in Dubai and Los Angeles years ago.

Mr Fadi said the open-plan kitchen could be used as “a huge entertaining zone” with the bar area clad in backlit blue Aventurine stone, and an outdoor pool providing a glamorous background.
The semiprecious blue Aventurine crystals, a form of quartzite, are mostly found in India and are traditionally believed to calm and balance people’s emotions.
Up to 80 guests have partied at the residence, which also boasts a Swarovski Crystal mosaic wall mural that cost approximately $15,000.
Mr Saad said a 3.5m-long chandelier in the main entry cost in the vicinity of $35,000-$40,000.
“The theatre room has a ceiling cladded with a leather-like material surrounded by a bulkhead… the owners saw this in a luxury home in LA which was the inspiration,” he said.
Built using German concrete wall technology, which involves the external walls being filled with concrete for better energy efficiency, the four-bedroom house’s other features include water views, 3m-high ceilings, a fire place imported from New Zealand, DeLonghi appliances in the main kitchen and wet room with a jacuzzi for two.
There’s also a butler’s kitchen, multiple balconies and a recessed outdoor sitting area with a built-in log wood grill.
Mr Saad also has the listing for the five-bedroom house at 15 Greg Norman Drive listed for$4.25m-$4.45m.
Point Cook’s current $4.16m house price record was set by 28 Heron Way in 2022.
Set on a 1730sq m block in the Pinnacle gated community, the new contender for the crown features four living areas, Italian-imported porcelain tiles, a timber staircase with glass balustrades, study and solar panels.
The kitchen is equipped with a Siemens induction hotplate, Bosch wall oven and steamer, Teka gas cooktop, wall oven and Siemens dishwasher, plus stone surfaces.
A balcony, dressing room and ensuite are part of the main bedroom suite.
The house at 48 Sanctuary Lakes East Blvd will be auctioned at 11.30am on October 12, while 15 Greg Norman Drive is up for private sale.
