Add CategoryFormer Pussycat Dolls star Nicole Scherzinger has made a career change and is now looking to offload her LA property with a rooftop bathtub and unrivalled views for a lofty $9.7m (US$6.7m).
The 46-year old, who made her name as the lead singer of the hit pop group The Pussycat Dolls, would almost double the sum that she bought the Hollywood Hills home for in 2016.

Scherzinger now looks like she could be making the move to New York, after beginning a promising Broadway stage career starring as Norma Desmond in the revival of “Sunset Boulevard”.
Her four-bedroom hillside home was built in 1990 and has been extensively renovated since then.
It boasts all the glitz and glamour that Scherzinger has become known for displaying on stage with her former band, and on red carpets around the world.
Realtor records indicate that she has been living there off and on since she bought the place for $3.76m (US$4.4m).

However, it has popped up on the rental market occasionally during that time, at one point being listed for $58k (US$40k) a month.
The 430 sqm, three-level home has also been on and off the sales market over the years, at one point with an asking price of $11m (US$7.99m) in 2020.

The luxury property was built to take full advantage of the city views and the ocean beyond.
Inside the spacious great room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors, which open to a wraparound terrace.
From there the property flows into a dining area, living room, and a chef’s kitchen with a marble island, which also includes a dining bar.

Upstairs, the primary suite also has floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, which lead to a private deck. There’s also a modern fireplace that extends the length of a wall.

Scherzinger’s pop girl group Pussycat Dolls sold more than 55 million records worldwide, making them one of the world’s best-selling female groups of all time.
From there she ventured into TV, winning “Dancing With the Stars” in 2010, and then going on to serve as a judge on TV talent shows including “The Sing-Off,” “The X Factor,” and “The Masked Singer.”
