One of Victoria’s coolest farm estates with a stunning six-bedroom homestead that looks like something you’d see on the hit TV show Yellowstone has hit the market with a multimillion-dollar price guide.
Shadow Creek, a 312ha central Victorian property is located approximately 25km northeast of Seymour, five years after it last changed hands.

The rural digs and associated cattle farm is expected to sell for about $15m.
Shadow Creek has had around 400 Black Angus cattle, while it also offers potential for intensive cropping to compliment the beef production.
Shadow Creek has been offered for sale several times in the past decade, after it was put on the market by the late Melbourne transport tycoon Douglas Kefford AO, who bought the property in 1997.
LAWD sales executive Patrick Kerr, who has the listing, said Shadow Creek was a unique offering.
“Shadow Creek is really unrivalled as it combines a highly improved rural retreat with all the infrastructure for a working cattle stud or commercial operation,” Mr Kerr said told the Weekly Times.
“The property is a landmark asset.
“It is an ideal expansion opportunity for established farmers in the region; or it could be a family or luxury retreat for high-net-worth individuals from Melbourne; or a secure investment with showpiece homestead for global business operators.”
The showstopping piece of the property is its knockout residence — a prestigious four-level Arizona ranch-style homestead which spans more 2000 sqm alone, featuring bespoke blackwood timber and six bedrooms with ensuites.
The new owner would be able to enjoy jaw-dropping 270-degree views from the terraces, along with multiple entertaining areas and dining spaces, and a lift that has access to all levels.
There is also a wine cellar, and outside a new lap pool.
Further accommodation at Shadow Creek includes a four-bedroom guesthouse and a self-contained unit.
There is also a 1850 sqm machinery shed and large catchment dam, along with a helipad for guests to arrive in style.
