Suspended NRL star Kyle Flanagan is eyeing off a life-changing move that could net him around $750,000.

St George Illawarra Dragons player Kyle Flanagan is selling his two-bedroom Woolooware apartment that currently has a $750-a-week tenant.

Flanagan was a $650,000 first homebuyer in 2018.

Married last weekend to Caity Airey, the couple recently bought their first home for $2.65 million in Burraneer.

Flanagan and wife Caity have a new $2.65m home.

The 1960s ground-floor apartment is listed through Gibson Partners, which is seeking mid-$700,000s.

“Situated on the ground floor of a well-maintained security building, this two-bedroom apartment offers an ideal first home or investment opportunity,” the listing reads.

“Featuring timber floors, plantation shutters and large windows that fill the modernised interiors with natural light.

“Boasting a convenient position with just 290m to Woolooware train station and local village shops, and within walking distance of all that Cronulla has to offer, this charming apartment is a property you’ll be proud to call your own.”

The unit sits in this Woolooware block.

Flanagan will be keen for a good start to the 2025 NRL season, and a strong sale price, after he spent the last four regular season games of last season on the sidelines after being banned for biting.
