South Australian residential sales and property management real estate agency, Harris Real Estate, took out the Residential Agency of the Year award for its hyper-local campaigns that enabled agents to grow recognition in their service areas.
The agency has also built a one-on-one training program in-house, with a learning platform of more than 300 courses.
Colliers was named Commercial Agency of the Year after achieving outstanding results across all property asset classes in the 2023-24 financial year, investing in strategic campaigns to ensure marketing excellence and innovative solutions for their clients and nurturing a strong and productive team culture.
This year also saw the introduction of a new award, Excellence in Sustainability, which recognises those leading the charge for a sustainable future, through business practices, high-impact sustainable projects or development.
The recipient, The Village in Daylesford by Hygge Property, was inspired by the Victorian town’s natural and heritage landscape.
Including 31 townhouses and communal spaces, the project was created with the aim of reducing carbon emissions during building and operation.
Designed by the sustainable architecture and design firm Breathe, all the homes prioritise passive design principles achieving a minimum 7.5 NatHERS (Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme) rating.
The REA Group’s general manager – customer excellence, Amy Read, said the awards
placed a spotlight on individuals’ and teams’ achievements across the industry.
“It’s been another incredible year for the industry, and it was fantastic to get the country’s top agents and agencies together to celebrate their success,” Ms Read said.
“These Excellence Awards help our customers to broaden their reach and win new business – I’d like to extend a huge congratulations to all our finalists and winners.”

Professionals Real Estate received the Contribution to Community award including $10,000 to donate to a charity or not-for-profit organisation of their choosing,
For 20 years, the agency has partnered with research charity, the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), helping to fund world-leading advancements in diagnoses, treatment and prevention and support more women to enjoy cancer-free futures.
The Game Changer of the Year winner was Stockland’s Dreamcatcher, a technological platform that helps people collate imagery and bring their dream home to life, from browsing design trends to sharing ideas with others.

Integrated Brand Campaign of the Year.
