Dancing With The Stars Jessica Raffa and her husband Tony Ouliaris are selling their Brighton abode with its own dance studio.
Raffa is a ballroom dancer who performed at the closing ceremony of the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney and has appeared on Dancing With The Stars since 2009.
Currently partnered with Better Homes and Garden’s Adam Dovile on the program, she has also danced with former footy star Brendan Fevola, food critic Matt Preston, AFL hall of famer-turned-political-aspirant Anthony Koutoufides.

In 2013, Ms Raffa and magician Cosentino won the show.
Now, the pair are selling their four-bedroom home at 261 New St with a $4.6m-$5.05m price tag.
Property records show the pair purchased the property in 2017 for $1.625m.
Raffa said they bought the empty block and her husband Tony who, with his background in concrete structures, completed all the concrete work and project managed the build of their dream home.
Mr Ouliaris was diagnosed with cancer shortly after, but that didn’t stop him from picking up the tools.
“During his chemo(therapy), he was building the house still. So this house has got a lot of meaning to us,” Raffa said.
“He’s built it with his bare hands, pretty much. And anyone that drives past the area would see him working tirelessly to finish this house for his family.”

Mr Ouliaris said it was challenging to build the home at that time but it gave him a focus and took his mind off what he was going through.
“I guess it was a bit of a blessing in disguise,” he said.
“It’s time for us to move on and start something new I think.”
Designed by architect John Bornas of Workroom Design, Mr Ouliaris said they worked with lots of concrete throughout the home including the addition of the statement spiral staircase, which he’d like to replicate in their next home.
The three-level residence has a gym, a laundry with a drying cabinet, study area, garage with a car lift and even a dance studio which Raffa said was where she trained her clients, including Preston and Dovile while they were rehearsing for Dancing With The Stars.
“It’s a really special house. I would love to live there forever, but (Tony’s) promised me something even better,” she said.
Kay & Burton Bayside director Matthew Pillios said the Brighton digs were built really well and featured lots of glass and high ceilings.
He added that the dance studio could also be easily transformed into a cinema room.
The residence’s Italian Valcucine-designed kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances, while upstairs, the main suite has a dressing room and ensuite with two vanities.
Expressions of Interest close on 17 December at 4pm.
