Nude artist Dina Broadhurst is selling up.

‘Nude’ artist Dina Broadhurst has listed the stylish Darling Point apartment she owned with her ex-boyfriend, property developer Max Shepherd.

Broadhurst, who has reportedly been inseparable from her new beau, Winning Appliances billionaire John “Herman” Winning since their relationship became public in April, had purchased the three-bedroom garden apartment with Shepherd at 7/22 Etham Avenue for $5.2m in March, 2022.

“They’ve completely gutted it and done the most amazing renovation, which took around two years,” says listing agent Josh Allen of JT Allen.

Allen, who shares the listing with his colleague Ryan Rubinstein, and co-agent David Malouf of Highland Double Bay Malouf, have an $11.5m price guide for a December 10 auction.
