Worksafe is investigating the death of a woman in an all-terrain vehicle crash on a farm near Daylesford, north-west of Melbourne.

Police say the 52-year-old lost control of the vehicle and it rolled about 7pm on Saturday.

Emergency services were called to property on Clunes-Daylesford Road in Ullina but were unable to revive the woman.

No-one else was injured.

Police are preparing a report for the coroner and WorkSafe is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

It's the third death involving an ATV accident on a rural Victorian property in the past two months.

In October, a man and a child were killed when a buggy carrying four people rolled over at a private property in Tubbut, in Victoria's far east near the New South Wales border.
