Throughout May, the pilots and tankers of War Thunder can take part in the series of War Thunder Golden Eagles tournaments "Victory" in the formats "1 on 1", "2 on 2" and "7 on 7". Tournament battles take place in arcade, realistic and simulator modes, and the main prizes will be a unique Soviet RBT-5 tank armed with two "tank torpedoes" and a Soviet I-301 fighter. More information about tournaments can be found on the official website. From 4 to 10 May, players will be able to receive one of four festive decals for three wins in random battles. At the same time in the gaming shop there is a sale: special sets of equipment, premium account for 90 and 365 days and any technology of allied countries, including premium, can be bought with discounts up to 50%.
In the last update 1.73 "Vive la France" in early November, France's planes came into play in War Thunder. But the French army also does not need to hide. After all, there were some interesting tank models in the time of World War II, which stood out for their strong armor. Then there are the extremely strong post-war models, which come up with higher firepower and speed.
