• Ask them to send the reports to you on regular basis. It may possible that they will send you the final reports of your property annually but ask them to send it as many time they inspect your houses so that you will be able to know the condition of your property for which you are paying them. Better to ask for a sample copy so that you will get an idea how they work and manage.
