Privately owned, 637 Logan Road in Greenslopes has been sold for $800,000 to a private owner-occupier within the medical industry, in a deal negotiated by Savills Tim Packman and Robert Dunne.

Located approximately six kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD, the 425sq m site features a 180sq m building, and is well positioned to take advantage of the area’s existing infrastructure, including several public transport options, a number of primary and high schools, retail, parks, and the Greenslopes Private Hospital.

Savills Executive of Commercial Sales in Queensland, Tim Packman said “One of the key features of the property is its versatility, in terms of residential and commercial options.”

637 Logan Road, which adheres to the Holland Park-Tarragindi District Neighbourhood Plan, resides in a Low-medium Density Residential area and has development potential of up to three storeys, or a height of 9.5 metres, whichever is the lesser.

When it came to the purchaser’s decision, Mr Packman said location was the deciding factor.

“Being an owner-occupier within the medical industry, the purchaser found the property’s positioning, on a main road and within close proximity of the Brisbane CBD and Greenslopes Private Hospital, highly desirable.”
