MINERAL water entrepreneur Mitch Watson is selling his Daylesford home — a sustainable masterpiece by renowned designer Joost Bakker.

The remarkable “Green House” at 50A Railway Cres was built for Mr Watson, the co-founder of Daylesford & Hepburn Mineral Springs, about seven years ago.

Jellis Craig, Macedon Ranges, selling agent Tom May said the house was built with recycled bricks and hay bales for insulation, and used “passive-solar principles” to keep it cool in summer and warm in winter.
