This unique offering attracted strong interest from local, interstate and overseas buyers in a marketing campaign conducted by Peter Neale of Savills Residential.

Mr Neale said the successful sale result highlights the intense demand for prime beachfront positions, which are very rarely offered to the market.

He said Wilson Avenue at Dicky Beach is among the most tightly held and sought after of all beachfront addresses on the Sunshine Coast.
