Savills Victorian office has pulled off another recruiting coup with the appointment of highly regarded Melbourne real estate professional, Benson Zhou, to its CBD & Metropolitan Sales team.

Mr Zhou’s appointment as Associate Director follows a successful career at a rival national agency as well as time at leading developer Central Equity.

Savills State Director, CBD & Metropolitan Sales, Clinton Baxter, said the appointment would further consolidate Savills long established reputation at the leading edge of Asian investment into Melbourne’s thriving commercial property market.

“This appointment is a real coup for Savills.

“Benson’s fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghainese together with his tremendous relationships throughout the Asian property investment community are pivotal elements in enhancing and expanding our Asian client services team capabilities,” Mr Baxter said.

Mr Zhou’s primary focus is on assisting foreign buyers source high calibre retail investments and development opportunities.

He is based at Savills 140 William Street head office.
