85 Grays Lane, Cranebrook, sold for $1.65 million.

One of Penrith’s most unique and largest homes has sold for $1.65 million.

85 Grays Lane in Cranebrook sold to a local family who made the purchase for their children.

It spent 179 days on the market, mainly due to the 5000sqm block being too difficult to maintain for most buyers.

Listing agent Stephen Thomas of LJ Hooker Penrith said that the home was unlike anything he had ever seen before.
