Savills Australia has announced the appointment of highly regarded sales executive, Tom Lund to the role of Executive Industrial at the firm’s Melbourne CBD office.

Mr Lund’s appointment follows roles with Nichols Crowder, Hocking Stuart, Core Projects (Sth Melbourne) and Luxe Property (South Yarra), covering a broad range of real estate disciplines including sales, negotiations, marketing, market analysis, property appraisals and administration, over the last nine years.

Savills State Director Industrial, Greg Jensz, said Mr Lund’s appointment followed Savills strategy to recruit the best operatives in the market.

“The appointment of an executive with such a solid background in the property sector is always welcome and will bolster what is already a strong and well-established industrial team.
