Fire Boar has signed a three year lease on Unit 1 at 35 Enterprise Street in Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast, securing the property, owned by Impulse Electrical, at a rental of circa $24,000 per annum.

The deal, with no leasing incentive, was negotiated by Peter Capps and Will Carman of Savills Sunshine Coast and provides Fire Boar with two x three year options.

With a GFA of 236sq m, the versatile industrial unit, which is located in covetable Kunda Park, features excellent signage and exposure to Enterprise Street, and four exclusive off-street car parks.

The new tenant, Fire Boar, whose head office is in Brisbane, is a privately owned and operated fire protection company, specialising in a full range of services from the design, install and commissioning of fire protection systems, to testing and compliance in accordance with the relevant Australian legislation and building codes.

They have a large and varied commercial customer base including hospitals, aged care, shopping centres, industrial manufacturing, petro chemical plants, mining, residential and commercial buildings.

Savills Sunshine Coast Sales and Leasing Executive, Peter Capps said in an asset, Fire Boar were seeking corporate office space in which they could conduct meetings with council, as well as industrial storage on the same site.

“With a lack of available stock to meet their specifications, Fire Boar were extremely happy to secure Unit 1 at 35 Enterprise Street as it provided them with the ideal office to warehouse ratio,” Mr Capps said.

“The unit comprises 126sq m of warehouse and 109.7sq m of well-appointed, air-conditioned office, as well as exclusive amenities.”

Unit 1 previously housed owner-occupier, Impulse Electrical, who, after many years of servicing the Sunshine Coast, have made the decision to retire.
