VicRoads has put to market another site which is likely to generate strong interest with the listing, through Savills, of a large corner site in the middle of Williamstown.

The 2,435 square metre General Residential Zone 2 infill site at 9-27 Kororoit Creek Road is situated on the high profile corner of Swanston Street with frontages to Kororoit Creek Road of 113 metres and to Swanston Street of nearly 17 metres.

According to marketing agents, Savills Julian Heatherich, with Nick Peden and Jesse Radisich, the property represents a potentially significant development opportunity with a high level of design flexibility.
