The Savills Canberra office has relocated to a brand new open plan office in Canberra City, to accommodate the business’ growing team.

Located on Level 7, 54 Marcus Clarke Street, the new workspace for 19 people incorporates a generous breakout area, boardroom, 2 smaller meeting rooms and collaboration area.

Andrew Stewart, Managing Director of Savills Canberra said the new accommodation suits Savills growth strategy and provides excellent accommodation for the existing staff and for new recruits.

“The move into the city from Barton heralds a change in direction with a strong desire to grow the business to be a major competitor in the Canberra commercial real estate market,” he said.

Mr Stewart commenced at Savills in mid-2017 followed by the well-respected office leasing operative Pip Doogan who recently joined as Director of Office leasing, adding to the existing senior team of Phil Harding in Valuations & Lee-Anne Hobbs in Property Management.

The new office is within walking distance to clients and service providers as well as amenities including Bus Interchange, Retail, Restaurants and the Australian National University.
