Osborne Park-based Decmil Group has won a $75 million contract with BHP Billiton to upgrade and expand accommodation for the miner's existing operations and its planned South Flank iron ore project near Newman.
The Mulla Mulla village is undergoing a $105 million revamp to support current operations at Mining Area C iron ore hub and support South Flank if the project receives development approval.
Decmil chief executive Scott Criddle said the new deal followed a $13 million civil and initial works contract awarded to the company in August at the same location.
