Interior design firm Habitat 1 has been purchased by Broome-based builder Brolga Developments & Constructions.
Habitat 1, founded in 2004, was bought by Perth investor Geoff Pritchard in 2013 and currently ranks as the 16th largest interior design firm in Perth, according to the industry ranking on the BNiQ Search Engine.
Brolga founder Dene Purdon will take over the management of the company while Mr Pritchard will step down as executive chairman.
