THE Amity Affliction drummer Ryan Burt has listed his Norman Park unit for sale, as he prepared to head off on a European tour.

Burt, bought the unit at Vectis St, almost three years ago.

“We bought it mainly for the location, it backs onto a park and it’s a pretty open plan, it was one of the bigger apartments we could find in that price range,’’ he said.

The unit, which is listed through Caiti Shaw of Place – East Brisbane.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and parking for two cars and is listed for offers of more than $429,000.

It has been recently painted throughout and has three separate balconies.

Burt said it felt like he was constantly tour and they would be hitting the road again shortly.

“I head over to Europe at the end of this month for a tour, after that we are going on a bit of a break to record the next album,’’ he said.

The group’s most recent album, This Could Be Heartbreak, was released in August last year.

Burt said once he sells he was keen to try and remain in the Norman Park area.

The group originally formed in Gympie in 2003. Its upcoming tour will take in Australia, Germany the UK and Ireland.
