Savills Australia has boosted its Melbourne team with the appointment of Ben Koops in the position of Director, specialising in Valuation and Advisory.

Koops rejoins Savills Australia after a seven year role as an Associate Director between 2006 and 2013 again in Valuations and Advisory and is thrilled about being back in Savills waters.

“Returning to one of, if not the best valuation teams in Melbourne is an honor and most of the team are friends I have known for almost 10 years which is a big bonus,” Mr Koops said.

The recruitment of Koops provides a stronger presence within the Valuations team and Mr Koops said he is motivated to achieve and deliver high quality service.

“My goal is to offer valuation services in the office segment to the same standard as Savills has been producing for the Retail, Industrial, Residential Development and Mortgage markets.”

Savills Australia’s National Director of Institutional Valuations, Andrew Pannifex is pleased with Mr Koops’ return and believes securing Ben Koops back in the Melbourne team boosts the national office valuations capability.

“Ben has an established reputation within the Melbourne Office market and will be a key contributor in growing our market share across the national CBD markets,” Mr Pannifex said.
