• Adelaide Brighton Ltd: Nick Miller has been appointed Chief Executive Officer succeeding Martin Bryon, effective April 2018.
• Atlas Iron Ltd: Spiro Pappas has been appointed Chairman, and Ian Plimer, tad Watroba and Stephen Wood have been appointed Non-Executive Directors. Eugene Davis has resigned has Chairman, Alan Carr and Cheryl Edwards have resigned as Non-Executive Directors. Cliff Lawrenson has resigned as Managing Director, Sanjiv Manchanda has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
• Blue Sky Alternative Investments Ltd: Matthew Whyte has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, and Naomi Rule has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer.
• Caltex Australia Ltd: Simon Hepworth will retire from Chief Financial Officer, effective mid-2019.
• Clearview Wealth Ltd: Satoshi Wakuya has resigned as Non-Executive Director and Michael Alscher has been appointed Non-Executive Director effective 20 November 2018.
• Commonwealth Bank of Australia Ltd: Alan Docherty has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.
• Cromwell Property Group Ltd: Andrew Fay has been appointed Non-Executive Director, effective 15 October 2018.
• Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd: Paul Cave will retire as Non-Executive Director, effective 7 November 2018.
