Gradability Pty Ltd and Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Pty Ltd are the two final tenants to fill a popular Adelaide office building, demonstrating strong competition for conveniently positioned spaces.

Adam Hartley and Zandra McGee of Savills Office Leasing negotiated the two final vacancies for 76 Waymouth Street on behalf of Starmaker888 Pty Ltd.

Gradability Pty Ltd, a graduate skills training company has signed on a four-year lease on their 346sq m whole floor space on level-six and Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Pty Ltd will occupy 155sq m on part of level-seven.

“Both tenants were attracted to the easy accessibility of the building which sits on the edge of the CBD,” Mr Hartley said.

Mr Hartley continued to say that the provision of a fit-out that provided a “walk-up” start was the ultimate drawcard.

“The tenants were able to have some input into the redesign of the space, without the stress of managing the whole fit-out themselves.”

Both tenants will begin occupancy in December 2018 and will pay a rate of circa $370 per square metre.
