Sage Automation Pty Ltd has secured office space in Burswood, as tenants continue to seek fully fitted-out office suites in Perth’s prominent precincts.
Brett Perry of Savills Office Leasing negotiated the deal for part of lot 4 at 3 Craig Street, Burswood on behalf of Watersun Property Pty Ltd.
Mr Perry said the fully functional amenities were the ultimate drawcard for the technology company.
“The landlord paid for a fit-out of up to $40,000, that included a kitchen, boardroom and signage,” he said.
“The tenant was further incentivised to take the lease with a 50 percent reduction in rent throughout the five-year term.”
10 car bays will also be offered to the tenant, at an annual rate of $1,200 per bay.
The tenants have signed on a five-year lease term with renewal options and will pay $295/sq m.
