RT Edgar, Point Lonsdale agent Felix Hakins would not disclose the sale price but said it was around the last listed range of $4.5 million to $4.95 million.

“We had two groups on it in the end, which is terrific, fighting it out,” Mr Hakins said.

“It’s going to be a holiday house for them.”

“It was just the views and the proximity to the beach,” Mr Hakins said.
