A mother has been charged with her toddler's murder after the three-year-old girl was found dead in a house in central western NSW earlier this month.
The 40-year-old woman was found in a semi-conscious state when police were called to the Orange home on the evening of August 1.

They had been responding to concerns raised about the residents' welfare.
Police said that, when they entered the house, they found the body of a three-year-old girl. In another room, they found the child's mother "lapsing in and out of consciousness".
