A factory fire in Sydney’s south-west has blanketed the sky in smoke, with nearby homes evacuated.
Emergency services were called at about 2pm on Tuesday to a factory on Yulong Close, Moorebank, following reports of a fire.

About 60 firefighters are responding to the incident. It is understood there have been no injuries.
A nearby cafe owner said the situation was “getting worse", with “thick, black smoke everywhere and flames that are very high”.
