Mr Evans’ move comes after years of having concentrated on the Perth CBD office market, where he recorded some of the highest volumes of transactions by individual operators in Perth, and worked on some of Perth’s most successful projects including 240 St. Georges Terrace, Central Park, Alluvion, 140 William Street, and more.

His expertise spans across CBD Leasing, Development/Refurbishment Advice, Strategic Building Repositioning Advice, Project Leasing, as well as Owners Advocate and Leasing Partnerships.
