The residence in the former Watsons Bay Masonic Hall is back up for sale, listed by Justin and Dom Hind, co-founders of WITH Collective digital advertising.
Since their 2016 purchase, the Hinds have spent $5 million upgrading the five bedroom, five bathroom home with a pool.
It was reimagined by architects Weir Phillips amid its 560sqm of Will Dangar-designed gardens.

The former masonic hall is now a house.
The stately home with five metre high ceilings in all the principal rooms features a Calacatta marble kitchen, a colonnaded 160sqm living room with 200-year-old French parquetry flooring and a rebuilt Egyptian limestone swimming pool. All bedrooms feature Perrin & Rowe marble ensuites.

They’re now seeking $13 million through Sydney Sotheby’s agent Michael Pallier, who has set an October 31 auction. The couple bought it from fashion designer turned property investor Collette Dinnigan for $9 million in 2016.
Dinnigan had only owned the 1920s Gap Road mansion for 18 months, but styled and renovated it significantly after buying it from James Packer’s former right-hand man Matthew ‘Ched’ Csidei and his lawyer wife Lauren Roscoe.

Csidei and Roscoe had paid $2.7 million in 2005 and undertook its initial styling.
