Sydney Swans star Isaac Heeney has listed his Lake Macquarie investment with a price guide of $600,000 to $660,000.
The AFL player purchased the three-bedroom, one-bathroom Booragul home as his first property purchase in 2017 for $600,000.
The Weatherley Street offering is being marketed as a solid and well-maintained home which has been a $435-a-week rental.

The property was purchased in 2017 for $600,000.
It has a large open living area, covered entertaining area and a built-in barbecue.
It is around 100m from Lake Macquarie.
Booragul has six properties for sale, with realestate.com.au calculating the median price as $500,000. There were 20 sales over the year.
“It is one of the most underestimated lakeside suburbs in Lake Macquarie, that has been long overlooked,” Century 21 agent Aaron Walter said.
“Up and coming buyers are now starting to realise just how beautiful and handy this location is.”

Heeney missed much of the season after an ankle injury in July. The forward required surgery after he ruptured the medial ligament in his ankle.
Heeney grew up in the Hunter Region where he played his junior football for the Cardiff Hawks in the Black Diamond Australian Football League.
