After another successful stint in Sydney and Melbourne, the Disney+ Drive-In is rolling into the Gold Coast for a winter dose of movie magic. Presented by Openair Cinemas, the outdoor cinema will kick off on 9 May at the Carrara Sports Precinct Parking and the line-up is stacked with classic movies.

Thanks to Star recently joining Disney+, we saw the likes of 28 Days Later and The Rocky Horror Picture Show suddenly become available to watch from the comfort of our own couches. And guess what? Those films will be screening at the Disney+ Drive-In through May, with hundreds more landing on the streaming service.

To sweeten the deal, DoorDash has also joined the party and they’ll deliver food and snacks straight to your car while you sit back, relax, and enjoy the movie. All you have to do is download the DoorDash app, input your car’s location, order your food and then wait for the feast to arrive at your door.
