Mr Alfeldi said a lot of the interested parties are owner-occupiers who are looking for extra space in their apartments.

“Typically an apartment in this position is around 150 sqm in size. While this is great for older buyers who are looking to downsize, it doesn’t allow for larger families to take advantage of both the space and the views.”
