The Luxe Listings Sydney cast member Gavin Rubinstein has disappeared, but the couple have stuck to the Ray White network, this time the Double Bay office.
The three bedroom, two bathroom New South Head Rd apartment came with their overly ambitious initial $3.45 million asking price when it was listed last December through Ray White Paddington agents Josh Kalocsay and Augusto Gerocarni.

As the property market slumps, The Bachelor star Tim Robards and his lawyer wife, Anna Heinrich, have listed their Rose Bay apartment again.
The December pre-auction guide had been $2.8 million.
The apartment was back for sale in May with the same $2.8 million pre-auction guidance, but passing in on a $3 million vendor bid after the unsuccessful auction marketing campaign through Rubinstein.
The guidance – this time from Jordan L’Estrange – has been advised “around $3 million” ahead of its third time lucky September 15 auction.

Realestate.com.au calculates the median Rose Bay apartment prices sits at $1.45 million based on 111 sales in the past year, up 15 per cent annually.

But for three bedroom apartments there’s been a 9 per cent reduction over the past year in its median price to $2.065 million after 25 sales.
The modernised apartment cost $1.9 million in 2018 when secured a few months after Robards and Heinrich married in Italy.
Based on five years of sales, Rose Bay has seen a compound growth rate of 15 per cent for units.
The 137 sqm apartment had been extensively renovated before their purchase in the boutique 1930s block of six.
Retaining some of its Art Deco features including a curved fireplace in the lounge room which has harbour views across The Boathouse Restaurant to Point Piper.

The desired move to a house follows the couple having their first daughter Elle, in November 2020.
“Will be hard to leave our beautiful home we love so much but it’s time to expand,” Robards told his 223,000 Instagram followers back in May, before adding “not preggas yet!”
No sign yet of a house purchase either, although they will be flush with proceeds from their recently sold Queensland townhouse portfolio.
Last week Robards was celebrating his fourth Mens Health magazine cover shoot.
“Pinching myself fronting the 25th anniversary cover, breaking the four cover record, gracing it in my 20s, 30s and now heading into my 40s,” advised Robards, who turns 40 this October. He was also announced as the face of the new SwisseActive range.
