Property records show that the residence is owned by ex-Symantec CEO Greg Clark.
Clark grew up in Yeppoon and co-founded cyber security company Dascom, which later sold to IBM.
He was also the founder and CEO of Blue Coat, Mincom and E2Open.

Property records show he also owns three properties on the Sunshine Coast, including the listed property he acquired for $6.75 million in December 2012.
The property had been owned by the Juniper family, who were behind the development of Mooloolaba.
