The residence at 19b Begonia Place in Woolooware is currently under construction, but hopes to sell for buyers looking for a coastal home in the heart of the south Sydney suburb of Woolooware.

When construction is completed on the home in March next year, the property will include a double brick and suspended concrete slab construction with man-made materials that took inspiration from Europe.

The newly constructed home is expected to sell for $2.75m.
