The property at 93 Beacon Road, Tamborine Mountain, comes with a professionally set up boxing ring and training gear.

A former professional boxing coach is selling his certified organic farm with multiple buildings including a gym with its own boxing ring and a food factory where a boutique cheese started.

The 1.41ha property is located in Tamborine Mountain, just over an hour from the Brisbane CBD with a four bedroom, three bathroom, six car garage main house, and a multiple of other buildings on site.

Witches Chase Cheese was founded here which is why the site has a food grade factory on it.

A large part of the estate is currently made up of organic farming plots.

Agent Louis Bartle of Bartle Real Estate, who has co-listed the 93 Beacon Road property with colleague Jodi Meynell, has a $2m price guide on the estate which he said had great potential.

“We’ve had a lot of mixed interest in the property. People are looking at different opportunities there from potential paddock to plate dining, a health retreat, a lifestyle property for themselves or expanding the organic produce side of things,” he said.

There is an undercover pool and sauna.

An expansive gym set up specifically for those who love boxing.

“Witches Chase Cheese started there before they moved (to their current site), and that’s why it has a food grade factory on there as well. When the owner purchased the property, he was just looking for space and he was coaching boxing at the time. He saw how fertile the soil was and realised that he’s got this acreage property that he’s not using to full potential so he started growing organic vegetables then went down the path of getting full certification.”

“He professionally coached boxing for many years, he’s lived in many countries doing that,” he said, which was why the professional boxing ring and gym was put in place on site.

An idyllic set up for the avid gardener and cook.

The main house was built by a Swedish builder and embraces wood interiors.

It has been operating for the past decade as an organic farm, he said, with existing clientele and “considerable demand for expansion of the current supply network”.

The main house “built by a Swedish builder who’s a bit of a character” has a large loft, farmhouse style kitchen, open brick fireplace, indoor pool, sauna and master retreat.

Apart from the main house and the organic farm, the estate has a guesthouse, pool room, studio overlooking a spring-fed pond, food grade factory with retail approval and the professional style gym with its own boxing ring.

The property is a 10-minute walk from the town centre and even has additional water supply in the form of an operational bore.
