Brian Silvia from BRI Ferrier has listed his blue-ribbon equestrian stud Argentille at Lovedale in the Hunter Valley.
Michael Burke at McGrath Upper Hunter has given buyers a guide of $11.75 million to $12.75 million for the warmblood horse stud developed by the accountant over three decades.
The 18ha Wilderness Rd property has extensive equine infrastructure sourced from Europe.
There are 14 paddocks that typically stock 25 horses.

It also been a luxury holiday accommodation destination since 2017 with accommodation for up to 20 guests, including its main five-bedroom house being available from $1550 a night.
Silvia’s day job has seen him preside over the sale of many equestrian offerings including Baramul Stud, Sir Tristan Antico’s 960ha Hunter Valley property, in the late 1990s.
