The Bondi Beach sub-penthouse owned by Faina Stolyar (in trust for her son), bankrupt former mining executive Ian Stolyar and his bankrupt wife Beth Nguyen has been sold.
It was listed after orders from Federal Court Justice Brigitte Markovic allowing the court-appointed bankruptcy trustees to recoup debts owed to creditors following his 2016 bankruptcy.

There was a guide of $8.9 million, but there was no sale price reveal by The Agency for the 250sq m abode.

Ian Stolyar had been a member of Star City’s high rollers Sovereign Room since 1995.
