Animation industry veteran Wayne Dearing has listed his Manly sub-penthouse through McGrath agents Elliott and Morgan Fahey for February 11 auction.
The seventh-floor Wentworth St offering comes with a $4.6m to $5m guide.
Wayne Dearing, an award-winning animator who worked with Hanna-Barbera on projects including the iconic animations of Popeye, the Flintstones, Yogi Bear and Tom & Jerry, has listed his Manly sub-penthouse.

Dearing has had a 45-year career in the industry including two decades years at Top Draw Animation, the company he founded in 1999 with Stella Dearing.
During the 1970s, Dearing worked with Hanna-Barbera, whose projects included Popeye, Yogi Bear and Tom & Jerry.
Dearing is retiring with plans to buy a house on the northern beaches.
