Tributes have begun flowing for those who were killed in Maui following the devastating wildfire in Hawaii.

At least 93 people have died since the fast-moving blaze swept through the island on Tuesday, decimating the historic resort town of Lahaina.
The wildfire is the deadliest US fire in over a century, and many still wait for news on whether their friends and family are safe.
A crowd-sourced online database has been launched, listing thousands of names of individuals who have been found as well as those who remained unaccounted for.
And as the fire clears, the heartbreaking stories of those who did not make it are revealed.
A family's indescribable grief
Among those declared dead is a family of four who were killed while trying to flee from the flames.
Faaso and Malui Fonua Tone, Salote Takafua and her son Tony Takafua were found on Thursday in a burned car near their home.
"The magnitude of our grief is indescribable," a statement from remaining family members read.
Lylas Kanemoto, who knew the Tone family, confirmed the devastating news on Sunday.
"At least we have closure for them, but the loss and heartbreak is unbearable for many," she said
"We as a community has to just embrace each other and support our families, friends, and our community to our best of our abilities."
Ms Kanemoto is still awaiting news on her cousin, Glen Yoshino, who is missing.
"I'm afraid he is gone because we have not heard from him and he would've found a way to contact family," Ms Kanemoto said.
"We are hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst."
'God took a really good man'
Retired fire captain Geoff Bogar and friend Franklin Trejos initially stayed behind to help others in Lahaina and save Mr Bogar's house.
But as the flames moved closer, they knew they had to flee.
The friends of 35 years each escaped to their own car.
When Mr Bogar's vehicle wouldn't start, he broke through a window to get out and crawled on the ground until a police patrol found him.
Unfortunately, Mr Trejos, 68, did not escape.
When Mr Bogar returned the next day he found the remains of his friend in the back seat of his car.
Mr Trejos was lying on top of Mr Bogar's beloved three-year-old golden retriever Sam who he had tried to protect.
A Costa Rican native, Mr Trejos had lived for years with Mr Bogar and his wife Shannon Weber-Bogar.
He helped Ms Weber-Bogar with her seizures when her husband could not.
"God took a really good man," Ms Weber-Bogar said.
Faithful urged not to lose hope
At a Sunday Mass at a Kapalua church, the Most Reverend Clarence "Larry" Silva urged sombre parishioners not to abandon their faith.
"If we are angry with God we should tell him so. He can take it," the Roman Catholic bishop said.
Taufa Samisoni sat in the pews mourning the loss of an aunt, uncle, a cousin and grand-nephew.
They tried to flee but were engulfed in their car.
Mr Samisoni's wife, Katalina spoke about the faith that allowed the Apostle Peter to walk on water.
Like Peter, she said, "we will get to shore."
