NRL great Nate Myles and wife actor Tessa James are selling two sentimental properties in Queensland.
NRL great Nate Myles and wife actor Tessa James are selling their last two Qld properties – his mum’s house they bought in 2010 and a 1.7ha beach retreat he relocated a Queenslander to.
The couple at one stage had six properties in Queensland off their earnings over the years – selling three last year alone in Currumbin Valley on the Gold Coast, and Brisbane suburbs Kedron and Moorooka. Their first home together – bought in Palm Beach in 2011 – was sold four years earlier for about a $200,000 gain.

Now the last two properties in their names in Queensland are also up for sale, the largest of which is a sprawling 1.7ha retreat just north of Cairns, that has a private beach.
The couple jumped on the site in 2014 and have been steadily adding to its charms, including rescuing and relocating a Queenslander to the property recently.
This sprawling beachfront property owned by Nate Myles is up for sale.
The couple relocated this Queenslander onto the site.
The property was listed as being one of the most exciting to hit the market “in a long time” given its solid waterfront location and 17,000sq m of space.
They have over 160m of waterfrontage to the Coral Sea there, and positioned the modern style Queenslander they rescued at the top of the block. The site also has a three bay shed that’s over 60sq m. It was expected to be taken to auction soon.
While that property has been an escape for the family, one they have an even more emotional connection to is also listed for sale – his mother’s house in hometown Gordonvale.
Nate Myles has put his mum’s home up for sale.
He and wife Tessa gave his mum $250,000 for this home about 13 years ago.
The couple gave Mr Myles’ mum $250,000 about 13 years ago to buy the three bedroom property on a 713sq m block in Gordonvale after she decided it was time to leave their hometown to set up a swim school in Cairns.
The home, which has been listed at offers over $359,000, was rented out with the most recent price set at $390 a week in 2021.
