Former NRL St George Illawarra Dragons champion Trent Barrett has listed his Barrack Point home.
Set in the seaside Shellharbour suburb, the price guide is $7.5m-plus for the five-bedroom, five-bathroom Hamptons-style new-build.
The current Parramatta Eels assistant coach and his wife, Kylie, paid $1.764m in 2019 for the 760 sqm building site.

They received approval for the home with an estimated $770,000 basic construction cost in 2021.
The house features multiple decks, plus a study and a pool.
There are pricey fittings aplenty, including white oak Herringbone timber flooring, custom French doors, artisanal Zellige tiling and a grand sandstone gas fireplace.
With a direct beach access gateway, the oceanfront home has hopes of exceeding the suburb price record that was set only last month at $6.8m for the oceanfront 2021 built home on 1350sq m at 41 Junction Rd through Belle Property Illawarra.
The previous record had been $3.9m in 2021 on Cliff Ave.

The couple secured a previous record in 2015 for their nearby Headland Parade home when it sold for $2.4m through Ray White agent Amanda Bonnici.
The 2015 sale of the six-bedroom home came only months after Barrett’s then appointment as the coach of the Manly Sea Eagles, taking over from Geoff Toovey.
Their redundant Freshwater home set close to the Brookvale sold for $3.65m in 2020, having been bought for $2.41m in 2015.

The Temora schoolboy sensation retired as a player after the 2010 NRL season, following a 15-season career that had him lined up with the Illawarra Steelers, St George Illawarra, Wigan in the English Super League and the Cronulla Sharks.

The then 32-year-old retired from the game as the incumbent NSW captain, having played 11 games for the Blues.
According to PropTrack, only six homes have been sold in Barrack Point over the past 12 months.
