Police say another cocaine block has been found on a New South Wales beach, with 256 kilograms of the illicit drug having washed up along the state's coastline over the past three months.
The most recent discovery came on Monday when a one-kilogram cocaine brick was found at Valla Beach near Nambucca Heads on the state's Mid North Coast.
The first cocaine block was found at Magenta Beach on the Central Coast on December 22.
Scores of packages that contain the illicit substance have since washed ashore at various beaches along the state's coastline and into Victoria.
NSW Police State Crime Command's Organised Crime Squad is leading the ongoing investigation.
Detective Superintendent Peter Faux appealed for the public to provide any information about the packages, which have carried various labels such as Tesla, Zoe, and R-Z.
He said based on analysis of all the blocks found so far, they had been in the water "no more than six weeks".
New South Wales Police said they would not be doing any specific searches of beaches along the Coffs Coast in coming days.
