O’Neal would have been pleased with the success of the quick sale following an astronomical loss on his Florida mega-mansion in 2022.
He was forced to sell the property for 60 per cent less than the original asking price – almost $15m under when it hit the market.
That property in Windermere was put on the market for a whopping $41.2m in 2018. The price was cut to $32.4m after just a few months. Eventually, O’Neal sold it for around $21.6m.
