An Islamophobic sign reportedly found in Ingleburn, NSW and reposted on Islamophobia Watch Australia.
ANTI-MUSLIM signs plastered around Sydney may have hoped to send a strong message but didn’t quite get the point across due to an embarrassing grammatical error.
Islamophobia Watch Australia shared the poster on its Facebook page, which was supposedly found in the Sydney suburb of Ingleburn.
It said: “I don’t care if you’re black, white, Asian, ugly, pretty, gay or lesbian. As long as your not a Muslim”.
It wasn’t long before people were pointing out that “your” should have been “you’re”.

“Proper English or leave!” one person posted in response.
Another said: “I’d rather communicate with a Muslim than most Australians who forgot how to speak English”.
Facebook user Susan Husseini took the original photo with the comment “Are these people serious”.
One commenter hit back with: “I don’t care if you’re Muslim, as long as you can SPELL.”
Another suggested it was typical of haters.
“Not the brightest of stars either, with the spelling error. That is often so obvious. Those full of hatred are not bright people.”
